welcome to Health care magic.
1.The pains you are experiencing likely due to the musculoskeletal pain due to physical strain ( pregnancy symptoms will not straight away after unprotected sex).
2.Normally the symptoms start after a missed period.
3.In your care there are chances to get pregnancy according to your period dates.
4.You can get a urine pregnancy test done which generally accurate after a missed period, Blood BHCG levels can confirm pregnancy week earlier than the urine test.
5.Reccommend you to have safe sex to avoid abortions and unnecessary confusions.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
