What Is The Alternative Medicine To Actified Taken For Antihistamine & Nasal Decongestant?

I have been taking the CVS brand of Actifed since around 1986.....Well, CVS just discontinued this product. Active ingredients are CHLORPHENIRMINE MALEATE 4MG & PHENYLEPHRINE HCI 10MG......I NEED an alterative....that does the same for me.....Antihistamine & Nasal Decongestant in 1......Any help would be appreciative.

A good alternative would be Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg or Tab Fexofenadine 120 mg once or twice daily. Please approach your physician for a prescription
