What Is The Alternative Treatment For Ovarian Cancer At The Age Of 70?
My mother aged 70 years was ill since last December.Earlier she was diagnosed sodium deficiency, then sleep apnea & now suffering from ovarian cancer.She has also having ascities & during test of removed liquid from stomuch it was cofirmed having malignant cells. At this stage she was advised to take 3 cycles of chemo before & after surgery is it possible for her to bear the side effects of chemotherapy as she is already electrolyte imbalance problem. Is any other alternative treatment is possible Dr.?

unfortunately, no. Chemotherapy and surgery is the only possible treatment and it wont be enough to cure her probably. this can have some unpleasant side effetcs but chemo may prolong life significantly.
