gd am, may i ask if what is the best med for gastro bronchitis? pt is having fever for 2 days then with yellowish thick phlegm and chest tightness. is it best to start with antibiotics already?what antiobiotics shld be given and what other treatment should be given for a fast relief.pt has history of recurrent allergic rhinitis .tnx
