What Is The Best Medicine For Erectile Dysfunction?

I am interested in trying one or more of the ED drugs available. I currently take cholesterol and high blood pressure meds and wonder if this may be ok? Simvastatin, Bystolic, Vascepa and Fenofibrate are the prescribed meds. Also aspirin daily. Thank you.
