Hi Dr. My face is very dark and many problems on my face....First time I used Skinlite cream but day by day my skin color becomes white in color.......And many problems created on my face like redness,skin problem.... Dr. M very sad....please Dr. Suggest me the best effective skin whitening cream without hydroquinone please Dr. Help meeeeee....

As per your complain skinlite cream contains steroid along with hydroquinone and isotretinoin and the side effects that you have experienced are all due to side effects of steroids..
I would suggest you to completely stop using Skinlite cream..
You can start applying creams containing Koji acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
You can also apply Azelic acid preparations..
You can apply Vitamin E and C containing creams..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle scrub..
Limit sun exposure and apply a gel based sunscreen lotion when you go out in sun..
You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling..
