Hi doctor

Ultrasound Biometry of 35 weeks is okay for 37 weeks gestational age fetus unless in serial ultrasounds the fetus has shown stunted growth/no growth.

Dont worry about placental calcification.
Is the liquor normal? What about the umbilical artery Doppler study?

Aim for vaginal delivery if the baby"s presentation is cephalic. If Iugr is confirmed induce labour. Remember continuous fetal monitoring is necessary during labour.
I hope I have answered to your satisfaction.
If you have any further concerns do write to me.
