What Is The Best Surgical Way To Cure Epididymitis?
dr.i have been suffering epididymitis for past 12 years and for past 1 year i am under medications (doxycycline).still i am not completely cured and feeling the pain in my testicles. is surgery the best option for the cure?if so which one is the best possible way ?

Have you been seen by a Urologist or by a General Surgeon?
Have you been not diagnosed as tuberculosis or treated for TB?
The best way to treat is definitely the Surgery. Excision as this helps in two ways.
One - the disease is removed
Two- you get the perfect diagnosis.
