Hallow Dear,

Pain in chest, loosing weight and fatigue are the signs which are pointing towards possibility of tuberculosis, mostly of the lung.

In tuberculosis, you have evening fever with night sweating too. Do you get cough with expectoration? If so, please get your sputum examined for tubercular bacteria.

Please get your X-ray of the chest also done. Now-a-days, you have PCR test for diagnosis of tuberculosis. You may opt for it.

Please report to your (chest) physician.

Sexual life is not a priority at this stage; please get your health improved first by appropriate diagnosis and treatment.

I hope this gives you message.
