Sir,



I am 33 years & my wife has 23 years, one year after our marriage we have no children, I test my semen - count is normal, wife's scaning report is below

Uterus: Retroverted, and normal in size with normal endometrial and myometerial echoes,, No mymometerial mass or endometerial collection seen.

The endometrium shows secretary phase pattern an dmeasures 1.2 cms.

The cervical lips are normal.



Ovaries: Both overies are seen. The right ovary is glossy enlarged in size and shown two large cystic lesion of size 5.2 x 5.3 and 5.1 x 4.9 cms. One of them shows mild internal haemorhage.

The left ovary is boarderline enlarged in size, with numerous PCO pattern of follicles.



Minimal clear free fluid seen in the POD



No other Abnormality detected



IMPRESSION:

Study suggestive of:-

Two large RO cysts - Follicular

Polycystic ovaries pattern +



What is the problem sir ? ? ?
