What Is The Best Treatment For A Child Who Had

What is the best treatment for a child who had progressive intermittent exotropia, had surgery to correct and post surgery it was discovered that the child may have consecutive accommodative esotropia. The left eye now turns inward. The childs prescription in that eye is +4.5. The other eye is +1.5. We have been patching the right eye for 1-2 hours per day since August 13. She got glasses in September and has been wearing those for 2 months. When patching the left eye is always in proper alignment but when using both eyes the left eye is turned inward. We don't follow up again until December and I am worried about my daughters eye and that it is not getting better and may even be getting worse (turning farther inward). She is 3.5 years old.
