MY HUSBAND HAD BACK FUSION SURGERY I 2008 NOW HE IS HAVING LOWER BACK PAIN AND PAIN IN THE HIP NUMBNESS IN THE HANDS LEGS AND FEET. WHAT IS THE BEST TREATMENT HE HAS HAD MRI AND EX-RAYS DONE THEY SAID IT IS ARTHURIS AND CARPAL TUNNEL WHAT IS A NON SURGICAL TREATMENT FOR THIS. HE DO NOT WANT ANYMORE SURGERY
Hi As your husband does not want surgery any more so for carpel tunnel there are few exercise of wrist and hand which should be done. After consulting physiotherapist. For arthritis if hip he should not sit on floor nor on squatting position nor clumb stairs should walk with stick if needed and take mild pain killers. But doing so if it does not help you should opt for surgery as this may be good option for becoming pain free. Get well soon. Thank you.
