Hi dr. i am 28 years old ttcians. Married for 4 years and never conceived before. My weight is 125 kg with 1.67m height. After get married, i realized that my period was irregular which is interruption of my cycle period. I met a gynae dr last 2 years and he said most probably i m pcos. What is the best advise you can give on my journey of trying to conceive? Thanks dr.

As you have PCOS, I would recommend discussing with your gynecologist on testing sex hormone levels and starting hormonal therapy if necessary.
