hii , my self shaun, 26 years old i got married 2 years ago but my wife still not get pregnant. before getting marry i had masturbating from the age 18. and one more thing after 3 months of wedding i found that my wife was patient of T.B. but after treatment she is now good. One month earlier i purchased 2 bottols of himalaya speman teblets and using daily 2 nos. so plese suggest me how i can be a father.

Thanks for writing to HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
What product you are using would help in case the problem is with male factor, like if your sperms are defective or the count is less. It would be better to get your semen analysis done.
Since you say that your wife has been treated for tuberculosis, it is advisable to get the female factor also evaluated.
She needs to undergo check-up from the Gynecologist and undergo certain investigations like hysterosalpingogram (HSG) and Ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis to know for the status of ovaries, uterine cavity and patency of Fallopian tubes.
Following this, if there is any cause detectable for the cause of delay in conceiving, appropriate treatment can be advised.
