What Is The Best Treatment For This Problem?

Good morning Doc! I live in the Philippines. I have a problem on my sperm. Before i go, my first laboratory was very low sperm count, 9.47 million. My doctor advised me to take another lab test. luckily, the result went better. my sperm count increased to 18.67 million. but the problem now, the normal morphology of my sperm is 4%, abnormal heads is 71%, ABNORMAL MIDPIECE IS 20%, and abnormal tail is 3%. the motility (PR) is 50 % progressive, non progressive is 10% but the immotile is 40%. what is your best recommendation for this problem doc.?

Well come to HCM
I could say that this could be near normal report if you are facing difficulty in conception so the reason could be something else and not probably this just keep trying for conception , because just single sperm need for conception, no need to test the semen on and often this could create panic, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
