You need to have a healthy nutritious diet along with daily physical activities like brisk walking and cardio exercises for an hour daily, 5 days a week. Both are important. The longer and harder your activity or exercise, the more calories you burn and the effects last even after you've stopped. Eat fiber rich fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Your diet should also include proteins and carbohydrates. You know that losing weight isn't easy. It takes dedication and planning. But with the right motivation, you can make changes that will lead to a healthier, happier life.
