Well I am trying to find the best way to take my hormones... The best way in order I just got my Estofem packs and I am a transgender trying not to risk my Heath with taking them because I want the doctors and he said I had little bit of high blood pressure so I may trying to wait until I come down but I really want to take them right now
COULD U PLEASE TELL ME THE DOSAGE OF ESTROFEM YOU ARE USING.. IF YOUR DOCTOR HAS TOLD YOU ABOUT BLOOD PRESSURE BEING HIGH I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST YOU TO BE TREATED WITH LOW DOSE ESTROFEM ABOUT 1-2MG WITH TABLET SPIRONOLACTONE AT 25MG AND THEN GRADUALLY INCREASE THE DOSAGE IF REQUIRED.
SPIRONOLACTONE WILL HELP YOU TO MAINTAIN YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE AS WELL AS WILL HELP YOU WITH YOUR PROBLEMS RELATED TO TRANSGENDER .. BUT THIS IS TO BE DONE AFTER PROPER CONSULTATION WITH A PHYSICIAN AND AFTER MEASUREMENT OF POTASSIUM LEVELS.
