I have just noticed a small black mole onmy tongue today whislt brushing my teeth . The size is approx half of a piece of rice and it is slightly raised but uniformal. Shall i get it checked out immediately just in case it is some sort of cancer seed etc.

Hi,
Rule out pyogenic granuloma which is due to bite on tongue accidentally. It can be removed by electrocautery. We can go to biopsy to rule out any cancerous growth.
