Hello,

The burning, please, numbness, tingling are the symptoms of the nerve entrapment at the cervical region or the carpal tunnel.

If only one finger is painful then it can be at the cervical and if the whole hand than it will be carpal tunnel.

Based on the clinical examination we can figure out what it is after doing clinical tests.

For now, using a soft cervical collar along with a hot bag at the cervical region and wrist region should help reduce the symptoms.

Post which doing exercises for the neck and upper limb muscles will be needed to improve muscle strength and reduce the nerve entrapment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
