Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
To calculate the nutrient intake in each supplement, look at the labels and write them down and then add them up. Each nutrient should be listed in their elemental form.

We do not provide a service of looking up various vitamins and describing what is in each and how much. I can say it sure looks like you are taking far too many vitamins. Calcium alone taken in excess can cause blockages in the artery similar to what cholesterol does. Everything in moderation. Your body does not naturally eliminate excess vitamins - it depends on what they are.

I also strongly urge all individuals to check with a dietitian first before they start adding vitamins, minerals and other nutrients into their diet without knowing what they are taking, if there are any drug/nutrient interactions, interactions with chronic diseases, excesses of any nutrient compared to dietary intake, etc. as such actions may be more harmful than beneficial.

Lifescripts I do believe is in the business of selling supplements. They should surely be prepared to tell you what all is in them. Try calling or writing the company to get your information.

Wishing you the best of health, Kathryn J. Shattler, MS,RDN

Welcome to HCM
What you need to do is write the manufacturer with this question. It is also required to be on the label. The website might even have this information.

I do recall this query coming around before and the policy here was clarified that we do not do this sort of thing. We do not have databases to look up ingredients of every supplement available.

It is also safe and wise to know what you are taking before taking it and the only real people who know this are the manufacturer
of the supplement. Please write, email or call the company responsible for the supplements.
Kind Regards, Kathy Shattler, MS,RDN
