have sharp pain in lower right stomach and sharp pain in rectum , no fever and dont feel sick but the pain is un bearable i dont knowwhat to do

Hi welcome to H.C.M.Forum. your pain appears to be a renal colic. due to urinary tract infection or stones in the ureter one can have such pain.pus cells in urine examination, and scaning will reveal the diagnosis. other cause could be colitis. treatment comprises anti biotic, anti spasmodics. and if stones present some aurvedic drugs to desolve the stones under the supervision of a surgeon. thank you.
