What Is The Cause And Remedy Of Headache And Dizziness ?

Hi. I have had a headache since yesterday morning. This morning I went to take a shower I felt so weak were I couldn't put my hands above my head and I couldn't focous. Everything was black and seeing dots everywhere. I had to get out and just lay on the floor. What could this mean?
