Hello and welcome to HCM,
Abdominal pain and frequent urination can be due to infection of the urinary tract.
You need to consult your physician and urine examination.
The urine examination will detect presence of infection if present.
If infection is detected urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity will identify the organism and most appropriate antibiotic effective against that organism.
Drinking water as well as apple cider vinegar will help in clearing the infection.

Thanks and take care
