What Is The Cause And Treatment For Chest Pain?

I have been having chest pain that eases but does not go away. I had all the usual heart tests (I was in the hospital for heart observation), everything came back normal. I take 1 protonixx each morning and at least 2 nexium each day, additionally I am taking 0.5mg clonazepam for anxiety. The pain spans my entire chest front to back just below my breast bone. What can be the cause? My doctors are useless.
