Hello I share your concern Your liver enzymes are not that elevated so you need not to worry If you can upload me complete lab reports with your medical history like you age and presence of any chronic illness like Diabetes or other metabolic disorders Liver enzymes can increase during infection or inflammation of the liver which can be confirmed by further investigations like ultrasound or liver biopsy if need be. Your swollen testis can be due to collection of fluid within it condition is known as Hydrocoele which can be drained surgically I would like to know since how long you have this problem and size and extent of swelling.
