What Is The Cause And Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction?

I m43 and over the past year I hhaven tbeen able to have a ccomplete hard it s only hard halfway but the other half towards the head is soft and I nut super fast now!!! I don tsmoke or drink now I use to drink and mmaybe smoke twice a week. What s my problem?
