What Is The Cause And Treatment For Hemorrhoids?

HI
i have a very bad case of ibs, i get hemorrhoids constantly. I have developed one recently, and with this one there seems to be what feels like a pimple or a cyst at the tip. Is this possible or is it just my hemmorrhoids acting up?
I am quite concerned as i am also prone to abscess on my buttox and legs.
please let me know

Hello,my name is dr.Dorina Gurabardhi.
I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone
- use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent.
-Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day.
