What Is The Cause And Treatment For Irregular Treatment?

Hi! My name is Indu and I am 44 . I am having irregular bleeding because of premenaupausal symptom. The doc has asked me to take oral contraceptive pills for 3 months to regulate my periods. Has given a pill called Yasmin...Drospirenone 3 mg +Ethinylestradiol 0.030 mg. I also have a pill from INdia called femilon..Desogestrel BP 0.15 mg+EthynylestradiolP 0,02mg.Which one is better for my condition? Or are both pills the same?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the menopause then question of making menstrual cycle regular is out of the way, and taking hormone medicine makes no sense, and this seems to be the menopause only, so need to take any hormone medicines, hope this information helps, take care.
