Hi I am having terrible joint pain in both my shoulders and one knee. I have surgery on all 3 each time for tears and then the surgeon finding grade 3 and 4 osteoarthritis. My knee is most recent, all 3 joints within the last 7 years. I had a terrible car accident 34 years ago. My patella was broken in half, but was wired together and saved, now the arthritis in the joint femor is in bad shape. My left shoulder MRI showed a bad past dislocation which must have also happened during the accident but was never treated. I am having trouble walking and was wondering what treatment would be recommended next. Is there anything I can do or take to rebuild any of the cartilage?
