What Is The Cause And Treatment For Low Libido?

I have been in a relationship for past three years. I dont feel the urge for sex anymore at all. I just hate even the thought of sex. My partner is very short tempered and have abused me verbally and physically multiple times. I am short tempered too and i cant take it anymore, so now i hit back too and use abusive words to make him realise how it feels to me. We talk, discuss. I tried everything. But stil same thinhs keep repeating... And we have fights/arguments whenever he wants to have sex and i am not able to show much interest. He suspects i have other affair going on. I am helpless. What should i do?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Due to internal conflicts of ideas and thoughts with your partner, there are psychological issues affecting libido.

* It is best recommended to consult an expert psychiatrist for best guidelines and management rather than delaying by a discussion with your partner.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
