My daughters side hurts, its around her rib area. The right side. Its normally at night, but it also happens at other times. It starts hurting really quick and can last up to an hour. When she pushes her side out it feels better, she says she also rises her right arm over her head to help it. We have had x rays and they are clean. She says it feels like a sharp pain when she takes a deep breath it hurts worse. She has tryed pain relivers like advil and medication like that no perscritions though and it dosent help. Why do you think this is happening and how can i stop the pain?
