hello Ive lost about 60 plus pounds in the last 9 months due to some stomach problems (IBS, Gastritis) and I developed a quarter sized lump under my skin in my upper right buttox its been there for about 2 months and I didnt have any problems until about 3 days ago when I rolled over in bed onto my right side (hip bone) and jumped outta bed with extreme pain and burning sensation down my but and right leg and now if u touch or bump my right hip bone it almost puts me down and Im in tears from the burning pain, do u have any idea what it could be and why it is hurting so much and maybe what I can do going forward bc I think its getting bigger ty so much
