What Is The Cause And Treatment For Purple Spot Back Of Ear Lobes?
I have recently acquired dark purple spots on the back of my left earlobe. I had my ears pierced years ago but had to take the earrings out because I was allergic. I haven t had a piercing since. The purple spots showed up out of nowhere and do not having feeling. It appears to be blood. What is this from?

it's clotted blood. you need not to worry unless these kind of spot present over any other body parts. get blood coagulation profile done to confirm any blood coagulation abnormalities. for ear lobe inflammation are most common who used to wear earrings. gold / platinum/ titanium are most likely not to cause inflammation problem. avoid heavy earrings. use these you will get relief.
