What Is The Cause And Treatment For Recurring UTI?

Hi, my husband actually has a question..he has an uncircumised penis and sometimes right after we are together I get a UTI- could this be caused by him? And also he was wondering if to clear away bacteria from his penis, could he use hydrogen peroxide on it?
