Hi, welcome to our site. I am Dr Saumya Mittal, MD.
Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query
I think that there is some pathology developing in the back. This may be mild at the moment and may be gradually building up. So I would seriously suggest that you move for an imaging modality like MRI/
X ray (the former being the preferred modality).
The
physiotherapy is usually a good option for people who have
backache. So look for a qualified physiotherapist around you who may help you with the pain and also the fomentation techniques.
Pain killers may be taken once in a while but I would suggest you avoid them as far as possible due to the possibilities of long term problems like
gastritis and
kidney damage
I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above/if any other so I can be of help further.
