I am 39yrs old, have had precanerous cervical cells removed in 2001 and 2005. Been having smears every yr and have been normal untill february this yr and for the last 3 weeks have been experiencing bleeding during sex. should i be worried??????? YYYY@YYYY
Bleeding after sex should not be ignored while you are on follow up. Get an appointment with your gynecologist and get examined. VIA or VILI is a better option compared to smears for follow up. Request your gynecologist for the same in case she suggests follow up.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
