What Is The Cause For Chest Pain And Strange Sensation In The Gums And The Chin Area While Exercising?

My 10 year old daughter (who is phisically fit, but this is the first time we tried this particular exercise) was exercising by sprinting then walking and then she said that she had pain in her chest and the pain ran down her left arm and also said she had a strange sensation in her gums and chin area, I had her walk and then lay down and rest and the symptoms subsided--do I need to worry about this?

Thank you for following up. I think you should pay attention to this symptoms and examine your daughter to rule out:
-anaemia(blood test);
-tachycardia, dysfunction of vegetative nervous system (ECG)
