Every now and again I pass a very small what appears to be a scab when I urinate. there is a little discomfort when my urine flow starts when I pass the scab but that subsides rather quickly. I have an enlarged prostate and take medication for BPH. I have been Dx with a highly vasualized prostate. Is this normal??
Sir, your minimal history is pointer to possibility that you also harbor chronic prostatitis along with prostatic enlargement. Hence you require long time antibiotic therapy based on antibiogram and frequent prostatic massage to clear up retained secretion while you continue drugs for BPH given to get over the problem and remain normal.
