Hi,

I read your query and can understand what you might be going through. First of all, regarding your sleep, you need to manage your schedule and fix your sleeping and waking up hours. You must not sleep at all during day despite sleeping difficulty at night. You need to stop drinking tea/ coffee/cola. Start exercising on a daily basis.
I am also worried about your fainting. Had I been your treating physician

Hope this information was helpful.
Best wishes.
