Hello,
From the clinical picture you have described it appears as though your friend is having spurious pregnancy. This is a condition which occurs when one is so wishing a pregnancy that all the symptoms of pregnancy develop including fullness of the abdomen and the feeling of fetal movements. Treatment would be counselling and making her believe that she is not pregnant and trying to induce a period after investigating for the cause of the amenorrhea. Hope this helps.
