What Is The Cause For Frequent Urination And Abdominal Pain?

i have pain on both sides of abdomen since last month and on tghe left side it radiates to under the left breast probably where the main artery is (angina??)

i have frequesnt urination only at night though no diabetes

i drink beer frequently

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have increased nocturnal frequency and pain in abdomen .

This could be due to enlarged prostate which is common at this age,

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Routine urine test and urine culture.
2) Utrasound scanning of the abdomen with post void urine volume.to detect prostate enlargement.

Further treatment will depend upon results of these tests and final diagnosis.
