Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic. I read carefully your query and I understand your concern. From your thyroid gland hormonal test I can understand that you are at beginning of hypothyroidism, the symptoms of hypothyroidism include the hair fall problem and dry hair and other symptoms: dry skin, constipation, fatigue, weight gain or difficulty losing weight, high sensitivity for cold, etc. The medication for your condition is thyroid synthetic hormonal replacement, but I recommend you to have an appointment with the endocrinologist before you begin the therapy. Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions. Kind regard, Dr .Marsida Janko
