What Is The Cause For Lower Back Pain Mostly On The Right Side?

I hav lower back pain mostly on the right side. This has been going on for 4 days now. Yesterday my stomach started hurting on the right side when I take deep breaths. Also my stomach looks swollen, more on the right side. I went to the dr. to have my kidneys checked and they said my urine was clear. When I am up moving around it doesn t hurt as bad as when I sit.
