What Is The Cause For My Buttox To Bleed After Using A Lot Of My Energy?

About 3 days ago i helped a friend with his vehcial and used a lot of strength...woke up next day and top of my buttox was raw sensitive meat.... i cant touch it...can barley stand with being in extream pain...about 20 mimuets ago i sat on toilet and blood came from top of buttox....ive done research and many things come up....need answers...im 20 5'8" 220lbs im honestly scared

This could be just co incidence that you helped to your friend, and next day you got the problem, this is may not be due to what you have done, some what you have not specify the exact nature of your complain, you mean it is bleeding from rectum ? the chances fissure or hemorrhoid is very likely, if I would be your doctor, then I would treat you with the following medicine,
1) Policresulen cream (Apply this cream intra rectal
