What Is The Cause For My Daughter To Throw Up With The Temperature And Weakness After The Delivery?

My daughter had a baby two weeks ago after she got home she started having stomach problems throwing up weak cant move also have a temp took her to the hospital they kept her they are trying to find the source of the infection can you name some things that might help me to understand more of what is happening to her they want to do a laparotomy .

Hello.
She is having stomach pain , temperature and weakness with vomiting .
Infection may be the reason , how she delivered baby , whether delivery was manual or through caesarean section or episiotomy or other method .
Peritonitis may be the reason of infection , that's why doctor wants laparotomy .
2nd reason of such symptoms may be Anemia , so get in blood examination .
3rd pueperial sepsis may be the another reason so consult your gynecologist ans get his opinion.
