What Is The Cause For My Nervous Shaking Of Legs And Hands?

Sir,
I am Viswanathan, i working in college as Lecture. When i try to write in Black Board, Speaking in front of crowd, having hot tea like this time i feel my hand is shaking with nervous. Even when i point out mistake of some person that my hand, legs are feel shaking due to nervous.. Sir, i need solution that how to control this & look like common man. i know either this is disease or not....

This nervous is from my child age..

HI.
First of all you have to consult a Doctor who would examine you clinically to rule out any organic ( bodily ) problem like thyrotoxicosis and advise you to go for certain test.
Only if these tests are negative that you should take medicines as per your Doctor's advise. All such medicines to help you are prescription based so I can not write here in the forum and the doses will depend upon the actual findings .
