What Is The Cause For Not Getting Enough Air To Fill My Lungs?
I don't have trouble breathing just feel like I'm not getting enough air and keep trying to fill my lungs more. It's annoying but not painful although it seems to make fatigued as well. Many issues including loss of job. Can depression and anxiety cause this? Thanks for your time.

You are right that anxiety and depression may cause such symptoms which are the most probable reasons in your case. Though I will also suggest you to exclude the organic causes of these symptoms by some investigations like spirometry, ECG and chest X-ray. If these investigations are absolutely normal, then you should consult a psychiatrist for further evaluation of your symptoms.
