What Is The Cause For Not Passing Urine Continuously And Bp And Acidity?

Dear Dr. My mom 76yrs old , she is suffering with hypertension 20yrs, past few years severe acidity as well URINE problem not able to pass properly.she used to use cathetra tube insertion for urination.past one year she is not using becoz nobody available to keep tube.
now-a-days she is not able to pass uring continuous, she got breathing problem and cough,knees pain n swelling,acidity and bp also.

we recently took her to M.D( GENERAL MEDICINE) as per his suggestion we gone for all the tests like Blood,Urine they are normal, scanning we found " chronic medical renal parenchymal disease " for Biochemical correlation.

KINDLY ADVISE US , WHAT TO DO ? IS THIS SERIOS PROBLEM FOR HER ?

it means chronic interstitial nephritis or inflammation causing silent renal failure possibly due to recurrent ascending UTI.

BLOOD UREA/CREATININE LEVELS SHOULD BE RAISED IN SUCH CASES!

The urine should be passed if necessary with Foley's catheter to avoid farther deterioration!
