Hi!
Welcome to healthcaremagic.com.Did you sustain any shoulder injury? These findings are consistent with rotator cuff or tear in the muscles and or ligaments surrounding the shoulder joint. Also the joint has undergone degenerative changes secondary to the muscle/bursal tear.
Your muscle tendon is torn indicating difficulty in elevating your arm sideways. There is inflammation of the surrounding bursae (bags of fluid which act as shock absorbers of your shoulder joint and allow smooth movement of the joint), since they are inflamed, there is excess fluid collection and osteoarthrosis indicates inflammation of your cartilages.
