What Is The Cause For Pain In Stomach, Dizziness And Constipation?

I have had a sharp pain in my lower right hand stomach by my belly button that has kept coming and going for about 3 days now. When I eat my normal amount of food it makes me feel sick and I have to lay down/ stop eating. I also feel dizzy and faint from time to time, and have a bit of constipation. What could it be?
